Thank you for contacting Technical Support. Unfortunately rerunning the initial scan or applying another installation template is not possible. I would suggest deleting the Checks that you do not require which is possible across multiple Devices. There is an attached Article that should assist.

Discovered that when installing the downloaded Agent (i.e not the Site Installation) there are screens to set the timing of checks and configure checks. One for 24/7 Checks and one for Daily checks.
From these screens unwanted checks can be removed
24/7 Checks | Click Configure Checks button | Drive Space Checks tab | Delete any temporarily attached drives
Daily Checks | Click Configure Checks button | Drive Space Consumption Checks | Delete any temporarily attached drives
Additionally, having installed AMA from a Site Installation package on an external HDD onto the Orhachaim computers, this issue is appearing on those machines as well.
Wondering if there is someway to reinitialize the template i.e. Okay AMA, take this moment at the initial state of the machine to base your checks on.
When GFI MAX RM Advanced Monitoring Agent was installed a check is setup for the current drives. This included the external HDD attached at the time. That drive was subsequently removed and AMA threw those errors of not being able to find it.
Confirmed with G. Taboada the solution is to manually deleted those checks on the individual work station.
