GFI MAXrm Upload Error (repeating)

Documentation suggests either a connection issue and/or corrupted/missing database.

However, MAXrm support advised: From local machine C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced Monitoring Agent\

Delete:

247_Upload.xml

DSC_Upload.xml

If that fails, secondarily:

Web research suggests the most likely cause being a DNS resolution issue.
Check by>
On local machine, viewing C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced Monitoring Agent GP\debug.log
Looking for failed requests for HTTPS.... CWinHttpSocket...Failed Request
Verify with $ NSLOOKUP
Solve by added DNS Forwarders under DNS Properties
